It is situated in a quiet but central area of Olton, with access to amenities, Solihull, Central Birmingham and the countryside.

With this house being in a peaceful area it also has great connectivity to public transport; the train station is a 10 minute walk with Solihull and Birmingham a few stops away. Birmingham Airport also being 10 minutes by car. We ve been able to enjoy the local independent restaurants, bars and cafes that are all within walking distance as well as canals with walking cycling paths and several local parks. One within a 3 minute walk from the house. The neighbours close by as well as adjoining roads create a lovely, friendly place to live.

The house has been great for entertaining and hosting, with an open kitchen dining space along with a cosy living space and beautiful log burner. I have spent a lot of time transforming the garden into a wonderful extension of the home allowing a quiet outdoor area of tranquillity as well as space for entertaining and inviting guests.

With my partner moving into the house for the last 5 years it has been a place for many happy memories. Although we will both be sad to leave, we are moving to have something new together to be our first joint home and we are sure the new owners will love it here as much as we do.
