Subsequently, permission had been granted
to amend the approved scheme in 2004 and
2010. The grant of Planning Permission was
given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan
District Council on the 20th April 2010 with the
reference number; 04 05593 FUL. The original
permission to build established in 1996 is now
preserved in perpetuity and has the reference
number; 96 02752 FUL.
A more recent application was submitted
for residential development of the site under
reference 17 05708 FUL for the erection of 8
dwellings. This application was subsequently
refused at Appeal on the basis of principle."
