Sitting here offers a particularly pleasing and rewarding outlook over your garden whilst enjoying the impressive interior which we have to say looks pretty amazing.

Where these family rooms really work is in there being a further reception room to escape and enjoy some tv or peace and quiet, but where number 9 takes things further is with the inclusion of glazed double doors through to this reception room lounge. Now you have an extended living space but one which can be shut off when desired and more natural light to both areas!

And to take things even further brings us to the garage conversion. A space that so rarely sees a vehicle has now been insulated and converted into a fourth double bedroom. We have said the bathroom was refitted in 2017 and could now be described as a stylish one. A wash basin and WC with water saving options makes up the suite.
