The island itself, with its distinctive Sgurr Ridge, is dotted with sandy beaches and is a haven for wildlife, while the surrounding waters harbour seals, porpoises and dolphins.

Planning Permission

Planning Permission in Principle was granted on 8th August 2023 Ref 22 05829 PIP for the erection of a house and formation of improved access. Copies of this Planning Permission, and approved site plans, are available on the Highland Council website or on request with the selling agent.
