SITUATION
The property lies off Hurstwood Road on the south east outskirts of Haywards Heath in West Sussex. The mainline station is 2.5 miles, Crawley via the A23 14 miles and Gatwick 19 miles.

The original machinery and pumps associated with the borehole remain in situ connection to the mains electricity has been disconnected and the main supply to the grid cut off. Such pieces of pumps, machinery and equipment will be sold in situ with the site with absolutely no comment, guarantee or assurances on anything to do with them, or their being fit for purpose.
