Owners comments The cottage was built as part of the 1906 Cleveleys Cottage Exhibition. A full renovation was carried out in 2014 and retains some of the original features. The spacious ground floor living area has worked well for us and has a versatile floor plan for our multi generation family. We bought the property for its proximity to the town centre shopping, restaurants, beach, promenade, schools, and parks and is close to tram and bus routes to Blackpool, Fleetwood and surrounding areas and we have enjoyed living in the neighbourhood.
