Owners Comments

We moved here in 2011. Our youngest daughter went to the local primary school and secondary school which is within easy walking distance and really enjoyed growing up in this area.
Bringing up a family I have appreciated having shops, restaurants and leisure centres near by. If you walk a short distance you are in the countryside and can walk by the River Loddon. Pearson Copse is also very pretty it had loads of bluebells this year.

Our house has been a much loved family house. We all appreciated the large garden during lockdown. Recently our daughter and family moved back here and really appreciated having a large conservatory for a play room for our Grandchildren. The conservatory it a much used space. we have used it on numerous occasions to celebrate birthdays & New year eves with friends and neighbours, it s also a pleasant space to admire the large garden.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents comments

This one s a bit of a hidden gem, tucked right at the end of a quiet cul de sac, it s a proper spacious family home with way more room than you might expect, both inside and out.

Let s start with the garden, it s bigger than average and stretches over 80ft, giving you loads of space for the kids to run around, summer BBQs and all round entertaining. There s also an electric roller door on the garage and an EV charging point already in place which is super handy.

Inside, it s huge. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, all with fitted storage, and the main bedroom at the front has a large window that floods the room with natural light plus its own en suite. Downstairs is just as impressive. There s a bright lounge at the front with another big window, a handy downstairs loo, a separate dining room, and a lovely kitchen breakfast room. But the real showstopper the conservatory at the back it s a solid roof design, a massive 23ft wide, and really pulls the whole living space together.

If you re after space, privacy, and a brilliant layout in a peaceful spot, this one s definitely worth a look.
Area Comments

Lower Earley is a brilliant spot for young families, there s loads close by and a real sense of community. Rainworth Close, in particular, is in a great location with the ever popular Hillside Primary School just a short walk away, plus plenty of other great schools nearby.

In terms of day to day convenience, you re spoiled for choice. Head one way and you ve got Maiden Place with its caf , pub, Sainsbury s Local, and loads of takeaways. Go the other way and you ll find ASDA, the Chalfont shopping complex, and Loddon Valley Leisure Centre with its gym and pool. Getting into Reading is easy too, with bus links just a couple of minutes walk from your door and if you re commuting further afield, you ve got quick access to the A329M, M4, and nearby train stations at Earley and Winnersh.

It s no surprise Lower Earley continues to be so popular there s so much here, and we ve genuinely loved living in the area ourselves.
Check out our Key Facts brochure for tonnes of information from internet speeds and bus stops, to local schools and airports.
