My husband worked in London most days so he would walk or ride his bike to High Wycombe train station, and being located so close to the M40 Loudwater junction, only 2.1 miles from our home, he would occasionally drive in.
Just as we are conveniently positioned in the opposite direction, 2.7miles to Handycross is the M40 Westbound and A404 access to the M4.
We would mostly drive into town but if it was a nice day, walking via the Rye makes a lovely scenic walk to the town center which has plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes.
We recently Landscaped our garden just before covid and we are so glad we did as it was the perfect sanctuary to spend our time in with the warm weather, we had plenty of water fights and the home gym came in very useful. One of my personal highlights would have to be my very own Home Salon, it has been a pleasure to be able to work from home, using the side access for clients has enabled me to keep work life very separate from family life. Our spacious driveway has also been a very beneficial addition to my Salon.

Area View...This part of High Wycombe is known as Pinions, to the east of High Wycombe s town centre. A small part of the town, with a real mixture of property designs it has a real London feel to it. Close by, and all within a short walk, The Rye parkland, a supermarket & a Starbucks. The train station into London Marylebone takes only 20 minutes on foot.
