Adisham Station is just over a mile away, offering rail services to Canterbury and London, with the High Speed service from Canterbury West reaching London St Pancras in under an hour. The M2 also provides excellent road links, while access to Dover is about 14.3 miles with links to the Continent.

The pretty village of Wingham with its tree lined high street, has a convenience store, chemist, newsagents and hairdressers. There is an excellent selection of educational facilities in the area, with a number of Ofsted Outstanding rated primary schools nearby, including one in Adisham. The independent sector offers schools in Canterbury, Ashford and Dover. For leisure and cultural activities, Canterbury offers a varied choice, from historical sites to fine dining and entertainment.
