The lower Telegraph Hill park is home to a great weekly farmers market, and the upper park is fab for dog walking, tennis and watching the fireworks New Year s Eve.

From here, transport s a doddle. New Cross Gate is 5 mins up the road for mainline into London Bridge 1 stop and the Overground Line to the West End, City, Docklands and Westfield Stratford. There s also a plethora of buses just outside.
