Description

"A fully restored Georgian Manor House dating back from 1766 with excellent secondary accommodation, swimming pool, walled garden and period outbuildings.

ABOUT THIS HOUSE
Dating back to 1766, The Manor House is a fine example of Georgian architecture. Situated in a wonderfully private position within a walled garden with large electric gates, it is easy to forget you are within a village whilst being able to take full advantage of all the amenities on your doorstep. The Manor House has been meticulously renovated and restored by our clients whilst retaining all its period features. The result is an incredibly stylish and sophisticated family home perfectly laid out for entertaining. The fully refurbished wing is connected to the house internally as well as being self contained and provides a further two bedrooms. Within the walled garden you will find the original stables, coach house, formal lawns and a swimming pool.

Between 2024 and 2025 The Manor House underwent a complete renovation, including a full re wire, including 3 phase upgrade and re plumb. Heritage double glazed sash windows were installed. Under floor heating was added in the kitchen, utility room, bootroom and gym study. A new kitchen was installed in the Manor House and Wing. An new principle bedroom suite with hand built dressing room and high spec bathroom was designed as well as an addition of three further en suite new bathrooms. There is Lutron lighting is throughout the ground floor living spaces, the first floor principal suite, and the garden. A new water treatment plant has been installed in the grounds.
