This apartment was perfect for our first home. It had everything we needed; two spacious bedrooms, an open plan layout and the added bonus of secure underground parking. What really sold us was the large balcony overlooking the courtyard and the big windows that let in so much light. We have felt so lucky to have the convenience of Farnborough train station just a 2 minute walk away whilst also being able to enjoy the peace & quiet. You can also walk into the town centre in under 10 minutes. We have absolutely loved living in our flat and its been perfect first home for us. As we head off on our next adventure, we know that this flat will make somebody else just as happy.

This is a perfect first time or investment buy! It s in great condition built 2020, in a great location that s ultra convenient for everything you need on a day to day basis including commuting to London. The apartment itself is lovely, bright and spacious, but come and see it for yourself!

Farnborough is a vibrant and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, as well as Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology.
