I chose this as a family home in 1997 and it has been home to my 3 children as they grew up. It has been a safe place for them to make friends and to play, with plenty of space indoors too. It is also within walking distance to two local primary schools, then near the bus route when they started at secondary school.
As the garden has direct access onto the Basingstoke Canal through the back gate, we have also owned a canoe and been for many long walks along the tow path to pubs and Pirbright ranges. The Basingstoke Canal Centre and Frimley Lodge Park are also within walking cycling distance.
Then driving and cars came along. My car, kids cars and their friends cars. The drive has coped with it all.
The house has comfortably fitted our extended family into for gatherings too, with plenty of room for a bbq and a gazebo or two.
We chose Mytchett to live in 39 years ago, it s my favourite place to live because of these very local amenities. Perfect for a family life and peace and quiet when you need it.

This is such a lovely, well looked after home. Our Seller has really looked after this house over the years with various improvements. The location is fantastic backing right onto the Basingstoke Canal, being so close to the local amenities and schools too. Absolutely come and see if for youself!

There are mainline train stations nearby with Ash Vale and Farnborough main both within a few minutes drive cycle away.
