The kitchen though does require refurbishment but the buyer can stamp their mark on the property by giving it a refit or extending it into the outbuildings. The home is located in a quiet one way street with excellent access to transport links, schools and an amazing variety of local shops on the nearby Queens Road and Welford Road. The sunny garden has been well maintained, is low maintenance and a great play area for young children and adults to enjoy.
