Cowick Hill is a sought after residential road within St Thomas, with far reaching views over the city. A suburb of Exeter to the West of the city centre. St Thomas has its own shopping centre with banks, pubs, a post office, doctors surgery, church and a choice of schools with the West Exe Technology College and Bowhill Primary School within walking distance and Sainsburys supermarket nearby.

There is a useful shop newsagent at the end of Broadway, access onto the A30, A 38 and M5 is close by whilst a regular bus service travels into the city centre with its wide range of retail and leisure facilities, University and Cathedral.

Directions

From Exeter city centre, follow Western Way to Exe Bridge and take the second exit onto Cowick Street. At the end of the road, turn left onto Cowick Lane, then take the next right onto Broadway. Continue past the first left turn for Cowick Hill and follow Broadway to the end, bearing left. When you reach Cowick Hill, turn left the property will be on your right.
