Site owners provide each holiday home owner with a detailed licence agreement. It is for 20 years from manufacture. After 20 years an annual inspection is required and the agreement is then renewed annually.

Utilities All metered Piped Gas, Electric and Water. Payments are made to site and they read the site owners read the meters every 6 8 weeks and invoice with the readings on so the owners can monitor there useage.
