I Purchased St Marks 22 years ago .

I fell in love with the house the moment I saw it , overreached myself to buy it as it was the first home I bought in the UK , having moved here from South Africa .

It was important to me to have a house that felt like a home and St Marks was certainly that for many years.

Having St Marks allowed me to invest in a bigger property 10 years ago and I was fortunate to be able to keep it as rental property .

I have had long term tenants in the property who have commented on how warm, welcoming and comfortable the house feels, as well as reassuringly secure.

The property location is perfect for easy access to Maidenhead station which has the very fast direct connections into London .

As I travel a great deal in my work both nationally and internationally , it was a great location for access to the M4 M40 as well as a short travel time to Heathrow .

Also important to me was access to running routes in woods, parks and along rivers and the location meant I was spoilt for choice !

My reason to sell is simply a lifestyle decision and once again St Marks will enable me to have choices.

I do hope the next owner is as happy as I was in the home
