Close proximity to the school, not being overlooked, the size of the plot. The house has grown and changed over the years and I still love the look and feel of the property.

Has there been any electrics upgrades in recent years if so please give details
All the electrics were changed when I first bought it 2009 and again when the extention was done in 2017
