The interiors are bright and thoughtfully finished, combining clean lines with a sense of warmth and comfort. IF YOU LIVED HERE

Step inside your new home and you re greeted by a calm interior that immediately feels welcoming. The first floor layout is well considered, offering a natural sense of space and ease as you move from room to room.
At the front of the property, a generously sized reception room is bathed in light from a wide south facing window. Beautiful wood floorboards and neutral walls create a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the space easily accommodates both lounging and dining areas. A feature alcove with shelving adds a practical and visually appealing touch, perfect for books, plants, or display.
The adjacent first bedroom is the larger of the two, positioned at the front with another wide, south facing window. Full height built in wardrobes flank the chimney breast, and the room is finished in a soft, understated palette that enhances its restful feel. To the rear, the second bedroom also enjoys good proportions and a bright outlook over neighbouring gardens. It features two tall wardrobes and maintains the same clean and considered aesthetic.
The bathroom is bright and well balanced, with a frosted window that brings in soft natural light while maintaining privacy. White tiled walls surround the bath and overhead shower, giving the space a clean, fresh feel. Built in storage keeps everything neatly tucked away, helping to preserve a sense of order and simplicity.
The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with tangerine toned cabinetry, tiled splashbacks, and ample storage. A window and glazed door lead directly to the garden, a private and leafy retreat that feels worlds away from the city. A paved area offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining or morning coffee, while established planting and mature borders bring colour and softness throughout the seasons. Surrounded by timber fencing and framed by greenery, it s a tranquil and secluded space with real potential to make your own.
When it s time to venture away from the home, Lloyd Park is close by, offering open green space, a caf , and regular community events throughout the year. Also nearby is Big Penny Social, a spacious taproom and cultural venue that forms part of the Walthamstow Beer Mile perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying live events. For a quieter escape, the Walthamstow Wetlands provide an expansive nature reserve with walking trails, wildlife spotting, and views across the reservoirs, all just a short distance from your door.

WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"We have loved every moment of living at 4a. Our family has grown within it, danced around in the extraordinary light that floods each room at different times of day, and spent hours eating and playing in the garden, our very own secret garden, where new plants appear every season. Walthamstow will forever hold a firm place in our hearts; we moved here during the pandemic yet never felt isolated. The community and warmth of the area makes it like no other in London. The cafes, parks, breweries; the community groups to join and the community events to go, always welcoming and always someone to invite you to more. Having the Wetlands and Tottenham Marshes has also been a dream for running, meeting friends, forest school and as a place to get some peace. We have loved living here."
