The fresh air is pre tempered via the Rehau Awadukt ground to air heat exchanger running round the house

It is positioned in the centre of the house to heat up the core brickwork and bedrooms above
It has a back boiler that heats up a 1,000 litre tank accumulator in the basement. This tank of hot water feeds

The existing brick will be exposed below the timber weatherboard at ground floor level beneath a roof of metal standing seam sheeting. The windows and rainwater goods will be dark grey powder coated aluminium.
The Barn would be approached from a spur off the main drive with parking to the front and a plot extending to about 0.5 of an acre."
