Directions

From Winchester take the B3404 Alresford Road and join the A31 to Alresford. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Alresford Road, becoming The Avenue. Continue into the town centre on West Street and turn left into Broad Street. Proceed to the end and past the lake. Enter the village of Old Alresford and continue north where Southdowns can be found on the right hand side. Enter the private development via the right hand driveway, follow the road round to the left, where the property will be found on the right hand side.
