"What I ve loved most about living here is how bright and airy the space feels, with sunshine flooding in during the morning and again in the afternoon and evening. Being a duplex apartment, it feels much more like a house than a typical flat, offering a real sense of space. The location has been fantastic having the train station close by makes commuting or heading into London so convenient. Plus, being able to walk into Guildford town centre with its great selection of restaurants, bars, and nightlife has been such a bonus for me. The wrap around balcony has been one of my favourite features, not just for the outdoor space but also for the fantastic views across Guildford it s a great spot to unwind."
