Description

"With an effortlessly cool balance of traditional charm and modern updates, this two double bedroom ex Warner apartment has been thoughtfully updated throughout, with immaculate decor and gorgeous features, as well as a large shared south facing garden.

As for the location, it s mere metres from Lloyd Park, while Hoe Street is a little further away, lined with excellent eateries and stores. Beyond that, you ll find Walthamstow Central station, where you can reach the City or West End in around 20 mins or less.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You ll appreciate the beauty of the property s iconic design developed at the turn of the last century, and it ll be fantastic to become a piece of the history as you settle into your home, which sits on the first floor of the property.

Your kitchen has similar charm, with rustic style flooring, shaker units and brass fittings.

Both bedrooms are solid doubles with more pristine decor, while the bathroom s another classic, with flawless vintage style features, such as the washstand basin and traditional towel rail.

At the rear you ve got access to a share of the south facing garden, which is bursting with foliage. You re only a hop and a skip from Lloyd Park, where you ll find landscaped gardens, a skate park, playground, tennis courts, bowls club, dog park, cafes and the William Morris Gallery. A WORD FROM THE OWNER....

"We ve put our heart and soul into restoring the character of this Warner flat, with a high level of attention to the details whilst also trying to intelligently maximise storage space. Sat in the home working space in the master bedroom is probably the best spot in the flat in summer, as it s a sun trap and you can look out over the other gardens greenery, listening to the birdsong. In the garden we enjoy sitting on the raised deck as we have a barbecue or an al fresco lunch. We also use the space to grow our own tomatoes, sweet peas, courgettes and grapes, which works really well most summers due to the south facing aspect.

One of the key highlights of our location is the proximity to Lloyd Park it is so close it s like our second garden. A great space, one where our children spend a lot of their time playing, where we visit the weekly food market, the Christmas carols singalong, meeting friends and making new ones, or daily exercise. Going further afield we also enjoy evening walks back from drinks and dinner in the village, with the Queen s Arms our favourite spot. Or in the other direction, there s Slow Burn and the Blackhorse beer mile. We re really sad to be leaving the area because it has offered us so much over the past 10 year we ve been here and would take it with us if we could!"
