What the vendor says
I have lived in Pimlico for 16 years and absolutely love the
area. It is in the heart of London but has a villagey feel, with
its many independent Cafes and shops. My favourite spots for coffee
is just 3 minutes‘ walk away Emi deli, run by the friendliest lady,
and the award winning Roasting . I love how there is a daily local
market just a few minutes down the road with a variety of food from
different parts of the world. At the weekends, I treat myself with
fresh pastries from the local bakery Peko Peko Pedlar. There is
also a Gails who doesn‘t like Gails? but nothing beats Pimlico
Fresh for brunch!
There are many options when it comes to food shopping too with a
Tesco, a Waitrose and a large Sainsbury‘s all within close
proximity. All that food requires some activity, so it‘s great that
there is an Everyone Active Gym with swimming facilities! also
within 5 10 min walking distance. There are several little parks
dotted around Pimlico too, perfect for relaxing at weekends, and
when I have a bit of time I love nipping across the river to
Battersea for some shopping. Speaking of which, Oxford Street is
only 5 minutes on the tube from Pimlico!
I‘ve absolutely loved this property. It feels more like a home
than a flat thanks to the private entrance and split levels. My
favourite features are the kitchen with induction hob, the giant
wardrobes in the master bedroom, the separate storage room outside
the flat, and the balcony which is a lovely spot to sit and read a
book in summer.
