The second of the two landings gives access to the remaining two bedrooms and another family bathroom as well as the main entrance hall down the stairs. Outside and the aforementioned double garage has power and light, two sets of double doors to the front and a window and personnel door to the rear. There are lawned areas and a wide variety of well-established trees and shrubs as well as patio areas for al fresco dining and entertaining.
