We‘ve loved living here for the past five years, enjoying every aspect of what makes this place special. One of the joys of our morning is waking up to the birds chirping in the tall trees out in the back. Our dog has never been happier, too, thanks to the amazing local parks right on our doorstep. Grangewood Park, South Norwood Country Park, and Crystal Palace Park have been our go to spots for leisurely walks and fresh air.
Getting around couldn‘t be easier; Norwood Junction is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bus, and is just 11 minutes from the city, which has been perfect for our commute and spontaneous city outings. But what‘s truly made living here a delight is our neighbours.

Everyone in the block is really nice, creating a warm and friendly community atmosphere that‘s hard to find in other places we‘ve lived.

What‘s more, the convenience of having a bus stop and a Co op at the end of the road has been a lifesaver for our busy schedules. And for those days when we‘re feeling a bit more indulgent, since we‘ve lived here there has opened a cheese shop Little Mouse and The Craft Beer Cabin in Norwood Junction which have been our little treats.

Our home has also been a haven of practicality and comfort.
