Description

" Boasting an idyllic semi rural setting offering countryside and lake views, this gorgeous barn conversion offers 1,644 sq. feet of excellently presented living space with a single garage and car port

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

Being such a delightful place to live the homes at Beeston Hall Mews are very rare to come to market and thanks to being favourably set in the grounds of Beeston Hall the owners can enjoy the benefit of excellent views, taking in the surrounding countryside and picturesque lake.

As a village, Beeston is one of the best locations you can choose if you want to combine five minute driving proximity to Tarporley or Bunbury, with some of the best walks you could want amidst Cheshire‘s beautiful countryside.

The home itself enjoys plenty of standout features and thanks to the current owner‘s continual improvements is in excellent order throughout.

The ground floor consists of a breakfast kitchen, fully fitted with a range of floor and wall units and including a range cooker and dishwasher. The adjoining utility houses the fixings for the washing machine and fridge freezer.

The main highlight of the ground floor is the brilliant living room. Being at nearly 26 feet in length the room is a very comfortable space to relax and entertain in and whilst the kitchen offers enough room for a breakfast kitchen style, there is plenty of space in the living room for a formal dining area if required. The focal point of the room is the terrific brick surround fire place with the exposed beams that run throughout the home further adding to the barn conversion character.

The first and second floors house the bedrooms, all of comfortable double size and featuring fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom enjoys an en suite shower room whilst the two spare bedrooms are served by the main family bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. The top floor bedroom, listed as bedroom 2, is a very interesting space that can be adapted depending on your needs with the current owners making use of the space as a relaxing snug room.

Externally there is allocated parking with a car port and single garage. Accessed from the rear, the garden that leads you to the house makes for a lovely arrival and has been fully landscaped to include artificial grass and patio areas with low maintenance in mind. There is a gravel courtyard style garden to the front of the barns that boasts a brilliant outlook over the lake and being South West facing creates the perfect space for a relaxing evening drink.
