Gas central heating, double glazed windows and well insulated providing a convenient and comfortable home for 5 student sharing.

There is an allocated parking space with the option of additional spaces overnight and at weekends.

Before you arrive the property will be professionally cleaned.

Rent £165 per person per week £715 per person per calendar month and includes unlimited gas, water and electricity. No unexpected bills and you can arrange your own wifi service.

Deposit is £600 per person a Holding deposit of £100 per person is payable on application which will be transferred to the deposit account leaving a balance of £500 to pay.

Application Process

Your lead tenant will complete a single application for everyone and their guarantors. Once you submit the application the property will immediately be shown as let agreed on our website. This means it has been reserved for you. To secure your application a pop up screen will ask you to pay the holding deposit £100 each just follow the instructions.

The holding deposit will be set against the full deposit when this payment is request. If you withdraw your application, for any reason, the holding deposit will be forfeited. However, if the landlord withdraws the property the holding deposit paid will be refunded in full.
