All housemates are subject to successful referencing, including affordability, credit, and employment checks. To kickstart the application process, we will require a one weeks holding deposit and following successful referencing, one month s rent and deposit is required before you move in. Permitted payments are payments that can be legally charged to a tenant in connection with your tenancy. These include

f payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and

g A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
