and their guarantors. Once completed and submitted you will be
directed to a second screen to pay the holding deposit, £100 per
person, to secure the property.
Please note that once your application has been submitted
the property will immediately change to Let Agreed on our website
confirming you have reserved the property. To secure the property
please pay the holding deposit completing the application
process.
The holding deposit will be set against the full deposit
due once the tenancy agreement has been signed. If you withdraw
your application, for any reason, you will forfeit the holding
deposit paid. If the landlord withdraws the property, or does not
accept your application, the holding deposit paid will be refunded
in full.
