" A beautifully presented three bedroom semi detached house situated on a modern development on the outskirts of Windsor. The property has been extended to the rear with the addition of a smart double glazed modern conservatory, other features include: a refitted kitchen with appliances, ensuite shower to the master bedroom, a modern white bathroom suite and an enclosed south facing rear garden. Viewing is highly recommended.

DESCRIPTION The entrance hall has oak veneer flooring, a door to the integral garage and access to a modern cloakroom. The kitchen has been refitted in recent years and has a range of cream coloured units, a ceramic sink unit and oak veneer flooring. There is an built in stainless steel electric double oven and integrated dishwasher and washing machine with matching decor panels. The sitting room is a good size and has stairs rising to the first floor, a large understairs cupboard and double doors opening into the conservatory. The modern uPVC conservatory has fitted ceiling blinds, laminate flooring and double doors onto the garden. The first floor landing has access to the loft space and the airing cupboard.
