" Located on the southern outskirts of Dorking, in what was the Old Walled Gardens of Goodwyns Place, this charming detached residence has had planning granted to extend ref. MO/2012/1741.

Accessed via a private residential road, the property has been refurbished by the current owner and offers flexible accommodation arranged over two floors.
