" AGENTS COMMENTS Beautifully presented, stylishly decorated and surprisingly spacious for a house so young in age, this three bedroom semi is situated within easy reach of all the local amenities in the world famous sailing town of Cowes and is the perfect home for many, many reasons for various buyers at different stages of life. Young, growing families will love the space on offer, with three good sized bedrooms, those of you downsizing wont feel as though you are moving to a small home when the kids have flown the nest, and the low maintenance lifestyle it offers will also appeal to anybody looking for a holiday home on the Island. The private, suntrap of a garden is also easy to look after, yet big enough to enjoy when the weather permits. The house also offers allocated parking, as well as easy on road parking which is always handy when you come home loaded with shopping bags. A s well as the three bedrooms, there is a luxurious family bathroom, cloakroom, sunny lounge and the 'hub of the home' in the shape of the excellent kitchen/diner. A truly stunning property in a convenient setting. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We were impressed by not only the location of the house, but how big it was also, especially the bedrooms and lounge. It was much bigger than any other modern, low maintenance property we saw nearly ten years ago. It has been a brilliant place to call home, for so many reasons. The house and generous gardens are flooded with sunlight throughout the day, and the outside space is a great setting for summertime barbeques with friends and family. The kitchen/diner is a brilliant place to sit down and discuss the days events over your evening meal. The lounge is a spacious, yet cosy room to unwind in after a hard day. We have kept the house fresh, modern and up together over the years, and we hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
