" An ideal investment property or starter home in the centre of the Town of Sedbergh. This is a well looked after first floor flat with great access to the M6 motorway and great position to enjoy Cumbria, Yorkshire and the Lake District. The property is accessed off of the Main Street through a secure entrance, leading into the communal hall. Internally the property comprises a kitchen, this is fully fitted with a stainless steel sink and drainer, oven and 4 ring hob with extractor, under counter fridge and plumbing for a washing machine. There is a useful storage cupboard in the hall which houses the boiler, this also has a power socket, and so is an ideal place to have a freezer. The lounge is a good sized room with space for a dining area. All principle rooms are located to the front of the building so they overlook the Main Street, and the bedroom window also benefits from a fell view. The bathroom has been recently upgraded this year to include a bath with glass panelled door and shower over, W.C and wash hand basin. This is a great low maintenance property, ideal for a lock up and leave base within the Dales.
