" DESCRIPTION
Moat View is a small private development off of the Springhill Estate between Grendon Underwood and Edgcott. It comprises of half a dozen bungalows, number 1 being to the right of the first pair and having a large corner plot. There is a block paved communal area to the front providing visitor parking which enjoys a very pleasant outlook over countryside. The property has mellow brick elevations beneath a clay tiled roof and the windows are upvc double glazed units. Internally there is LED downlighting and wooden doors. The accommodation is accessed from a long, wide hallway, the bedrooms are two excellent sized doubles, the biggest with wardrobes along one wall that have mirrored doors. There is a fully tiled bathroom with a white suite of a wc, wash basin and panelled bath. The separate cubicle has an electric shower. Across the back is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with double doors out to the garden. The kitchen has cream units and wood effect worktops. Integrated are a dishwasher, Hotpoint oven and Neff induction hob with a stainless steel extractor hood above. In the hallway is the airing cupboard and adjacent a utility cupboard with plumbing for a washing machine.

OUTSIDE
There are two allocated parking spaces. The rear garden has a block paved patio and a lawn and to the side is a fairly substantial area of hardstanding which could be used for additional parking or even provide the ground for an extension to the bungalow (subject to consent). All is enclosed by close board fencing.
