PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
LOCATION: The property is well positioned in this sought after close, located within a comfortable walk of the village centre, station and infant and junior schools. Immediately to the front of the house is an area of green.
Liss village is situated in the South Downs National Park. The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has enhanced the attraction of this sought after location, potentially attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible, as are the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.

Bedroom three is a bright double room overlooking the rear garden and has a built in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is a bright single room with a laminate floor and would make and excellent study if not required for use as a bedroom. There is a family bathroom with tile enclosed bath with mixer tap/shower attachment, pedestal washbasin, low level w.c and extensive wall tiling. There is gas radiator central heating and all the windows and doors are double glazed.

Outside a drive and hard landscaped area to the side of the house gives access to the detached garage, with up and over door, light and power points and a door from the rear garden. there is a small area of open plan front garden. The rear garden is totally enclosed with walling to the rear and the side flanking the drive. the other boundary being fenced. Laid for ease of maintenance there is patio adjacent to the house and at the rear of the garden with Astroturf between, there is an outside tap and power point and a side gate accesses the drive.
