" Mulberry Cottage is a delightful property situated in the exclusive Northwick Park Development. The property was completed in 1996 as part of the restoration programme which involved the adaption of the Mansion House into six apartments together with the conversion of the stables and coach houses to form individual houses and cottages. The construction of a variety of high quality new stone houses also took place at the same time.
The well appointed accommodation comprises, entrance hall, sitting room and separate dining room. They both have vaulted ceilings and the sitting room and garden room also have French doors that open onto the terrace overlooking the croquet lawn. The kitchen breakfast room is fitted with a comprehensive range of units and fitted appliances. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom, utility room and a very useful study. On the first floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, bedroom two also has fitted wardrobes. Shower room. At the front of the property a wide graveled driveway leads down to a double garage with two up and over doors, power and light connected. The courtyard garden at the rear of the property has a southerly aspect with views over the croquet lawn. To the front is an area of lawn with a lavender path and the Mulberry tree from which the cottage takes its name.   Surrounding the property are thirty five acres of managed gardens and grounds which include hard tennis courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a croquet lawn.
