From Topsham proceed out of town towards Exmouth passing Darts Farm on the left hand side. Take a left turn at the roundabout by the St George & Dragon Public House and then a right at the next roundabout signposted Woodbury. Continue along this road into the centre of the village turning left into 'The Arch'. Continue on this road out of the village for a mile and half and follow the road around a sharp bend to the left. On reaching the Village you will see The Diggers Rest Public House on your right, Honey Lane is opposite and the property will be found on your right.
