Upstairs there is a spacious lounge, open plan kitchen diner and an sun room . There is also an adjoining indoor heated swimming pool. Outside there is a timber cabin creating a self contained independent accommodation with kitchen and bathroom. The gardens are meandering with a pond , rose garden , vegetable garden and large lawned areas.

Property Location Set in a tucked away position within walking distance of Widemouth Bay. There are sea views from the sitting room! Property Frontage An interesting and unique property and the design, in line with its age, is quite individual. You will immediately be intrigued. A tarmacked driveway suitable for several vehicles leads up to the front door. A pathway takes you around to the garden. Views Some sea views over neighbouring properties. The towns of Boscastle and Tintagel are all but a short drive away. Bude is the nearest town, within a few miles, sited on the River Neet, which meets the sea at Summerleaze beach. Bude & Stratton have a wide range of facilities including supermarkets, churches, shops, restaurants, leisure centres, swimming pool and a local hospital. What a place to live!
