" Are you looking for a top quality apartment / maisonette you have found it here at Acacia. This top floor (1st floor apartment/maisonette) is finished to an unusually high standard. The new kitchen is complemented by the high specification bathroom both of which have been installed by the current owners. The benefit of the excellent wood floors complements the wonderful feel that this maisonette has. Not one but two allocated parking spaces, immediately outside your own front door are a real benefit. The apartment has its own loft which is a very usable space and an excellent addition to the accommodation.Seeing is believing you must view this apartment and you will not be disappointed. The situation with the current owners that they have offered on a property and we believe we have a complete chain.

Eight years have flown by. We chose Acacia as the perfect location for both of us for work. How things have changed. When we purchased our home we thought that just a few changes would suffice. How wrong we were, we have changed just about everything that could possibly be changed and we think the property is now perfect.Two of us become three of us a few years ago and we are now looking for a house in which to bring our son up. We will be moving out of the area as our work situation has now changed.Our flat is great and we know you will absolutely love it.
