Our View

Deceptively spacious three bedroom end terrace house in a popular residential part of Bedworth. The property accommodation comprises of entrance hall with stairs, lounge with window to the front and fireplace with surround, a kitchen/diner with window to the rear, a range of wall and base mounted units with space for appliances, a dining area and door giving access to the lobby in turn allowing access to the ground floor shower room and door to the rear garden. To the first floor the master bedroom is to the front, of what is in our opinion of good double bedroom size with built in storage cupboards. The second bedroom is to the rear and is also in our opinion a double bedroom. The third bedroom is a single bedroom facing the front. Externally there is a garden to the rear with lawn, patio and shrub areas and to the front is a garden and shared driveway leading to the garage that is to the side of the property. Internal viewing is an absolute must to appreciate the standard of accommodation on offer.
