This four bedroom detached family home is arranged over three floors and situated to the north of Colchester, on the popular development of Highwoods. Living in this area, you benefit from easy access to the A12, popular gyms, sought after schooling such as the Gilberd school, sports clubs, restaurants and Tesco superstore.

The spacious accommodation starts with an entrance hall, with stairs rising to the first floor with cloakroom under. The lounge is of a good size and has window to front aspect, a door leads you through to the separate dining room with doors opening onto the rear garden. Again a door takes you through to the kitchen, complete with ample eye and base units, worktops as well as space and plumbing for appliances.
