" Phillip Mann Estate Agents are pleased to offer for sale this spacious four bedroom semi-detached house in South Heighton. The property is accessed via a part glazed entrance door which leads onto an entrance hall with solid wood floor, storage area, access to a cloakroom and glazed doors lead onto the dining room. This is a lovely room with continuation of the wood flooring and plenty of space for a dining room table.
