" Three bedroom mansion apartment located in a prominent position in one of Hoves premier residential areas. The property spans across the entire second floor of a period conversion which has a door entry phone and lift. Having been recently refurbished throughout it is finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings.

Accommodation comprises of a spacious entrance hallway leading through to the kitchen breakfast room which is approx 22'6x10'9.
