" NEW INSTRUCTION! - A well presented four bedroom detached house situated in a sought after location on Albion Way, within the first phase of the development, on the fringes of Verwood. The property benefits from being the only one of its design with a double garage, and a good size, well stocked garden.

The front door leads into the entrance hallway, with doors to all accommodation. The lounge is a good size with a lovely bay window at the front aspect and a feature gas fireplace. There is an opening which originally had double doors, through to the dining room.

The dining room has sliding patio doors into the conservatory. The conservatory is UPVC, with double doors to the rear onto the delightful garden. There is a return door from the dining room into the kitchen.

There is also a door into the kitchen from the hallway. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white units and drawers with a roll top work surface above. There is an integrated oven with gas hob above and an extractor hood above that, a sink overlooking the rear garden and space for an upright fridge/freezer.
