It is located along the River Nene Old Course, part of the Middle Level or Fenland Waterways making it the ideal location for touring caravans, camping and fishing. The park is surrounded by farm fields and allows for stunning sunset and sunrise views. The Hereward way runs along the riverbank opposite the park and is wonderful for dog walking and nature watching. The market town of March in Cambridgeshire is about three and a half miles away which is very convenient for a variety of shops and supermarkets. There are places to eat out and the local takeaways and supermarkets deliver to the entrance of the park.

This Willerby Westmorland 2003 caravan requires some modernisation but is a great opportunity to purchase a holiday home on this park. The caravan features an open plan living roomdining and kitchen area. The living and dining area features windows to front and side alongside a built in storage unit with gas fired heater. The kitchen has a range of fitted cupboard and drawer units with fitted worksurface above. There is a window to side, space for undercounter fridge, integrated cooker and sink and drainer unit. There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The double bedroom features over bed storage with three fitted wardrobes and dressing area and the single bedroom features over bed storage and a fitted wardrobe. There is a shower room with toilet, vanity sink unit and enclosed shower cubicle.

The caravan has an enclosed decking area to the side with stairs leading up, however the decking area does require some maintenance.
