Family shower room situated directly opposite. The main bedroom has
patio doors out to the lower decked area with countryside views as
well as access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, fitted with white
sanitaryware, a bath with shower over. Bedroom 3 also offers
countryside views of the valley.
The stairs lead up to a bright and open plan lounge dining area
with a well fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with
modern wall and base units, a stainless steel sink and space for an
electric oven. The lounge extends to the French doors that open out
onto the sheltered verandah for outdoor dining.

£1,675 year which is optional.
