The Approval
The site is a corner plot occupied by a commercial building that
was previously utilized as a childrenās play centre.
The building is located towards the eastern end of the plot and
has entrances on both the Syddall Street and Oldham Street.
The car park is enclosed by boundary fencing and is accessed
from Syddall Street.
The scheme will deliver nineteen apartments
